IME is looking for all levels for our Estimating team. Entry-level to Senior Estimators are responsible for estimating construction and industrial projects utilizing a variety of tools and software. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship building skills.

IME Field Supervision will provide oversight, coordination, management support and technical expertise to Field Supervisors and Project Management team, as needed for all aspects of Electrical Construction and Service Projects.
Responsible for project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control. Provide technical direction and ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications and schedule. Oversees healthcare electrical construction projects ranging from $5-$20+ Million in revenue. The role manages a team of project support staff, providing mentorship, career development and day-to-day support.
It is the responsibility of the Preconstruction Manager to develop deliverables for projects that are tailored to be unique, strategic, creative, solutions oriented and visual so that it highlights IME’s teams’ strengths and expertise to be the selected partner for a project. The Preconstruction Manager will be expected to build and maintain relationships with key General Contractors and Owners so that our team and approach aligns with our customers’ specific needs. The Preconstruction Manager will ensure that all estimates, schedules, constructability reviews, value engineering efforts, cost report planning, and purchase planning efforts and documents are in alignment with company goals. The position communicates plans and strategizes closely with the preconstruction, marketing, service, BIM, and business development teams.
Oversee daily productivity and effectively delegate the estimating duties and customer service activities amongst estimating team. The ideal candidate can estimate complex commercial and industrial electrical projects to IME standards. Responsible for oversight of QA/QC of all estimates prior to submission to client. Drives decision making on whether a project falls within IME’s goals, specialty, and capacity.
This position is responsible for developing and promoting operations standards for project control practices. Advises and assists in the initial development of project control methods for large construction and special projects including work breakdown structure, accounting, scheduling, estimating, and reporting. Acts as the liaison between pre-con and operations team for project start-up. Responsible for the development and analysis of Intermountain Productivity Tracker (IPT), project controls, project schedules, and support for project lifecycle execution. Supports initial and ongoing project setup. Advise and assist in the development of the schedule work breakdown structure, resource loading & profiles.
