We’re currently looking for a strategic Procurement Manager to optimize our purchasing activities to lower product costs and improve profitability. You will work directly with suppliers, negotiate contracts and monitor orders. The Procurement Manager’s responsibilities include planning, coordinating and monitoring the purchase of products and materials to achieve project goals. We're seeking a candidate with excellent leadership, organization, and negotiation skills and strong analytical ability. You must have an eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a high level of computer literacy. You will oversee procurement functions and ensure the success of the procurement team. This position consistently seeks effective and streamlined pricing of all supplies and materials needed.
It is the responsibility of the Preconstruction Manager to develop deliverables for projects that are tailored to be unique, strategic, creative, solutions oriented and visual so that it highlights IME’s teams’ strengths and expertise to be the selected partner for a project. The Preconstruction Manager will be expected to build and maintain relationships with key General Contractors and Owners so that our team and approach aligns with our customers’ specific needs. The Preconstruction Manager will ensure that all estimates, schedules, constructability reviews, value engineering efforts, cost report planning, and purchase planning efforts and documents are in alignment with company goals. The position communicates plans and strategizes closely with the preconstruction, marketing, service, BIM, and business development teams.

Position Overview: Responsible for supervising and supporting the day-to-day activities of the Project Administration team. As a working Supervisor, you’llprocess, research, and streamline billing, collections, closeout, and otherpolicies and procedures. Provide ongoing support to leadership, project managers, and finance and accounting. Identifies and implements opportunities for process and team improvement.
The Project Administrator works with the Project Management team members and other administrators to facilitate bookings, change orders, and budget revisions. They also execute procurement functions to include material and subcontractor purchase orders and contracts. The Administrator creates and maintains project billing documents, assists in collection efforts, and manages subcontractor and material lien releases.

Provide technical direction and ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications and schedule. Oversees solar electrical construction projects ranging from $5-$20+ Million in revenue. The role manages a team of project support staff, providing mentorship, career development and day-to-day support.
