IME is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the President!

We are hiring for an Executive Assistant to provide multi-faceted administrative support to ensure effective use of the President’s time and resources.  This person will serve as a gatekeeper and strategically manage the president’s time with respect to priorities, goals, and objectives.  They will keep their leader organized, informed, and prepared for anything that comes their way!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the President’s effectiveness by providing overall administrative support, anticipating needs, and representing them in a highly professional manner.
  • Maintain the President’s complex calendar, scheduling meetings based on the understanding of priorities while acting as a gatekeeper at times.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, presentations, and resources in advance of meetings.
  • Exercise discretion in managing communications including mail, voice, and email messages.
  • Schedule logistics and itineraries for all travel involving the President.
  • Work on special projects and other duties as assigned for the general support of the organization.
  • Prepare monthly expense reports including compiling documentation necessary to prepare reports.
  • Coordinate and effectively manage the monthly company all-hands meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure effective branding.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

 The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can successfully prioritize work with minimal guidance, while professionally representing the President and IME.  They will have excellent computer skills including a high proficiency in Microsoft Office and first rate interpersonal skills.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years’ experience supporting Senior Management in an administrative role

Working Conditions:

The majority of the time you will work in a typical office environment.  Occasionally, you may travel to a construction job site. When on construction job sites you will encounter typical construction conditions including extreme temperatures, noise, dust, mud debris, welding, leading edge, trenching, and shoring, sometimes in a confined space.  You may be required to visit multiple locations during any one day.


Benefits Overview:

IME provides an industry-leading comprehensive benefits package.  Full-time employees are eligible to choose from a variety of healthcare coverage options, which become effective the first of the month after hire.  In addition, employees are offered a substantial amount of PTO and are immediately eligible to make contributions to a generously matched and fully vested 401k. 


Salary Range:  $31.25 - $40.86 ($65,000 - $85,000)

 *Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.*
