Assistant to support our office with clerical and administrative tasks. You’ll help our office staff communicate with vendors and clients, greet visitors and much more. The ideal candidate will have great computer, communication, and time management skills. Previous experience in the industry is helpful, but not required.


  • Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner
  • Welcome visitors, identify the purpose of their visit, and direct them appropriately; in the event of an epidemic, be prepared to enforce rules regarding masking and/or vaccinations
  • Monitor all of IME’s Colorado business and contractor licenses; apply for new licenses when requested and renew as necessary
  • Obtain permits for electrical work as requested. Submit documents to various city/county planning departments around the state, pay required fees, and work with those departments to solve any issues that arise
  • Aid with onboarding new employees as necessary
  • Act as a resource for any IME employees who need assistance with smaller tasks (making copies, mailing packages, etc.)
  • Monitor email and phone calls and route/respond as appropriate; when possible, proactively respond to and/or coordinate on caller/emailer requests
  • Collect physical mail, scan and/or reroute items as necessary
  • Accept deliveries
  • Monitor office supplies and place reorders as necessary
  • Place food orders for group events
  • Oversee/coordinate with various service companies (custodial crew, bottled water supplier, etc.)
  • Perform small housekeeping tasks as requested
  • Coordinate the office photo contest

  • Understanding of IME HR policy and procedures
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to engage and consult with all levels of management; to establish working relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization

Education and Experience:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Plus, a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, or related experience.

Salary Range: $ 45,000-55,000
