    To apply advanced financial concepts and practices in preparation of project level financial modeling, including cost projections, manpower planning, performance reporting, as well as process and system improvement.  Formulate information into recommendations for Project Managers, and develop large project controlling processes (time entry, material procurement, subcontractor spend).



    • Compiles and analyzes financial data for IME, Inc. operations, mainly focused on project controls
    • Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports and presentations
    • Identifies and evaluates industry trends and developments, presents findings to Senior Management
    • Conducts industry benchmarking studies to identify and recommend best practices
    • Performs financial forecasting
    • Performs return-on-investment (ROI) analyses on expected capital expenditures and makes appropriate recommendations
    • Coordinates routine reviews to assure budgets, expenditures and billings are properly accounted for and addressed
    • Coordinates the project forecast process, participates in project reviews and department level forecasts
    • Serves as a liaison to the corporate Accounting function



    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Extensive knowledge of current financial accounting concepts and methods
    • Thorough knowledge of the electrical construction services industry
    • Proven communication, organizational, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Demonstrated knowledge of statistical analysis tools and metrics
    • Skill in preparing financial statements and forecast modeling
    • Must pass job specific badging process, which includes a criminal background check. Must retain active badge, badging screening is conducted every two years. 



    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field



    3-5 years of demonstrated financial analysis or accounting experience
