The Marketing Coordinator will provide a wide variety of administrative and marketing support of the business development/marketing goals and objectives of the organization. This position assists with the design, ordering, creation and maintenance of electronic and printed marketing and communications’ materials. This position monitors and assists communication efforts in social media, press announcements, trade publications and website write-ups.  Role primarily assists with the qualifications, proposals and presentations relating to business development, employee relations and marketing.


  • Coordinate qualifications, bid and proposal activities to meet deadlines
  • Complete pre-qualifications and update prequalification database
  • Maintain and update database of resumes and project sheets and references
  • Assist in overseeing company social media pages and consistently seek and implement branding opportunities.
  • Help maintain company information, materials and associated marketing databases.
  • Maintain and organize proposal files for easily accessible content that can be duplicated for similar proposals.
  • Assist with other marketing and administrative tasks as needed.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of general office procedures and practices
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking, data entry skills, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to anticipate and meet internal customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and meet multiple deadlines
  • Proven communication, organizational, documentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills 
  • College degree preferred.  Equivalent experience will be considered
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of broad administrative support in marketing or business development
  • Marketing or business development experience in the construction industry desired
